7月5日、PMI日本フォーラム2020にて、MITのBryan Moser博士と一緒に『チームワークによるプロジェクトデザインの最適化ワークショップ』をオンラインで開催し、53名の参加者がありました。当麻教授がMITに1年間訪問しているあいだに、Moser博士とともに企画したイベントで、当麻研究室から7名がTAとして参加しました。
このワークショップは、Moser博士が開発したモデルベース・プロジェクトマネジメントのソフトウェア「TeamPort」を活用したもので、プロジェクトのデジタルツインを作って、様々なプロジェクトの条件を変えながら、コストや納期のシミュレーションを短時間で簡単に行えるツールです。
チームのメンバーが話し合いながら最適化を行っていくので、得られる結果はチームワークの成果でもあります。今後もこのツールを活用して、実験的にデータを集めながらチームワークの研究を行っていく予定です。
